One machine covers welding, brazing, sealing, flame polishing and carbon-steel cutting — across six very different industries.
From enamel-covered wire and copper pipe brazing to quartz sealing, dental frameworks and steel billet cutting.

Enamel-covered wire welding, copper bar brazing, transformer and thermocouple welding.

Copper pipe brazing for air conditioners and welding of small hardware components.

Quartz tube sealing, ampoule bottle sealing and glass flame polishing.

Denture framework welding and precision brazing of medical devices.

Steel billet cutting, thick piece processing and batch welding.

Artifacts, laboratory heating and small-scale casting processing.
| Model | Gas flow rate | Typical applications | Cutting thickness (carbon steel) |
|---|---|---|---|
| OH1500 | 1500 L/H | A popular industrial model, the main machine for steel plate cutting. | 15–25 mm |
| OH4500 | 4500 L/H | High-power industrial cutting for thick plates. | 25–40 mm |
| OH9000 | 9000 L/H | Heavy-duty thick plate work — a CNC cutting companion. | 40–80 mm |
Cutting requires a standard oxygen cylinder for the cutting-oxygen line — the preheating flame is produced by the machine from water.
A welder is converted to a cutter by replacing the nozzle and connecting the machine to an oxygen tank. Cutting nozzles have a large central orifice for the cutting oxygen and surrounding preheating orifices; a welding nozzle has small orifices that produce a concentrated flame for fusion welding.
That is the whole conversion — no second machine, no extra compressor and no acetylene anywhere in the process.

Send us your material, thickness and daily working hours — we will recommend the right model from the 1500 to 15000 L/H range and send the data sheet and quotation.
